sponsor/vendor guidelines for displaying at NCAMSS annual meeting
- Products/services offered by the vendor shall be directly related to credentialing.
- Displays shall be available for members at times designated (i.e., prior to meeting, at breaks, after daily session(s) end). Displays will not be open during educational sessions.
- Displays should provide specific information about the sponsor/vendor's products and services.
- Inexpensive promotional items may be made available to members (i.e., note pads, pens, etc.) as part of the display.
- If desired, the vendor may contribute an item that can be used a a door prize. Value of item should be limited to $50.
- Vendors will be charged a fee of $500.00 to help defray costs of providing space to display (cost of room, tables, etc.).
- Vendor will be responsible for setup, maintenance, and disassembly of display.
- NCAMSS will not be responsible for room expenses or any other expenses incurred by the vendor.
- NCAMSS will not be responsible for security of display.
